ALL FSM CLINICIANS are now offering TELEHEALTH VISITS, which could either be videoconferencing (preferred), or phone call appointments for FSM PATIENTS ONLY.
These appointments are ideal for discussing test results, mental health follow ups, prescription refills and concluding follow up visits if a physical exam is not needed. Your doctor may be reaching out if there are any opportunities to offer you support, reassurance and chronic disease management advice.
Please answer the phone, even if the caller ID is blocked, or respond to text messages so we can so we can connect with you.
For now, These visits are fully covered by MSP and are no additional cost to you.
You will need a computer with a webcam or a smartphone with a camera,
and an internet connection. Each doctor will have a different system, either DOXY or SKYPE.
