NP Patrick Teodosio

We are pleased to say that we have a new nurse practitioner working at FSM.  Patrick Teodosio graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of British Columbia in 2012. He spent eight years working as a registered nurse at Vancouver General Hospital within various cardiology departments, including the Cardiac ICU and Cardiac Surgery ICU, eventually obtaining a specialty certification in cardiovascular nursing through the Canadian Nurses Association. Looking to give back and serve his roots, he has volunteered in multiple medical missions that have provided medical and surgical care to underserved provinces in the Philippines.

In 2020, Patrick obtained his Master of Nursing-Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of British Columbia. As a family nurse practitioner at FSM, he aims to provide patient and family-centered care, with a goal of promoting health prevention, empowering patients to provide self-care, instilling effective chronic disease management, and closing gaps in health inequities. He believes in creating safe and evidence-based care plans that also suit the individual needs of each patient.
