We’re very pleased to introduce Raymond Jorel Vallido, RN who joins Fraser Street Medical as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) supporting our clinicians through technology-enabled, team-based care.
Raymond is a Registered Nurse and Certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant with more than 10 years of combined clinical, administrative, and virtual-care experience. His professional background spans patient education, care coordination, and chronic-disease support, alongside expertise in electronic medical documentation, task triage, and appointment management.
He previously served as a Staff Nurse and HIV Counselor at St. Luke’s Medical Center – Global City, where he provided pre- and post-test counseling, supported treatment adherence, and coordinated care within interdisciplinary teams. Raymond also worked in Editorial Support for BioMed Central and Technical Support for Apple iOS, roles that strengthened his communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills — all of which will enhance clinician efficiency at FSM. At FSM, Raymond plays an integral role in supporting clinicians remotely, helping manage documentation, recalls, and patient coordination. His combination of clinical insight, precision, and digital-health experience aligns perfectly with FSM’s technology-enabled, team-based model of care delivery.
