After four years at Fraser Street Medical, Nurse Practitioner Kayleigh Ross will be leaving the clinic to accept a position closer to her home and family.
We are very grateful for Kayleigh’s dedication, compassion, and the excellent care she has provided to her patients and the Fraser Street Medical community for four years! She has been an excellent team member. Our priority is to ensure continuity of care for Kayleigh’s patients. Fraser Street Medical is actively recruiting a full-time nurse practitioner or family physician to join the clinic and assume care of her patient panel. Patients may continue contacting the clinic and booking appointments as usual.
We will provide further information via the website and update her transition plan regularly.
There is no need to call the clinic solely to ask whether a replacement has been found, as updates will be posted on our website and communicated when available. We thank patients for their understanding and join them in wishing Kayleigh and Cam all the best.
