Spencer Olk is a Nurse Practitioner who is expected to join Fraser Street Medical in October 2026 to assume Kayleigh’s longitudinal primary care practice and clinical schedule.
Spencer earned his Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of British Columbia following comprehensive clinical training in longitudinal primary care. Prior to becoming an NP, he accumulated extensive nursing, leadership, and teaching experience, including work with the federal government at Pacific Institution, Fraser Health’s Delta Mental Health and Substance Use program, the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital, and Surrey Pretrial, as well as serving as a UBC clinical instructor. His diverse clinical background encompasses primary care, chronic disease management, mental health, addictions and harm reduction, and the care of complex, vulnerable populations.
Spencer is committed to patient-centred care, open communication, and building lasting relationships through shared decision-making and continuity of care. Living locally in the neighborhood, he looks forward to establishing long-term roots in family practice with our clinic and within the primary care network.
We look forward to welcoming Spencer to Fraser Street Medical and introducing him to our patients and community.
