  1. Please email appointments@fraserstreetmedical or call us 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment.
  2. Please show up 10 minutes in advance so that you have enough time to find parking and check in.
  3. Update your email, phone number and street address with the receptionist.
  4. Seek your health care from our clinic whenever possible.
  5. Have every other professional send us your updated records or info about recent visits.
